Late night Let-down

Here I am, just minutes away from trying to sleep sleeping. I thought I had won the battle. But yet again, my body failed me.

Another night, another culprit seduced my brain into eating it. Tonight's pesty culprit? The dreaded chocolate cake.

The evidence

On the bright side, the cake was not bad. It was Conti's after all. Just too sweet for my taste, though.

We're hitting the beach late February (yes, that early). I wonder how horrid the photos would compare to last year's.

Short Story

Let me tell you a short story.

It was my sister's birthday.

We decided to have dinner at Gumbo, Mall of Asia.

Piggy Year

So it is the year of the beloved piggy.

I just hope it does not translate to my weight.

I just ate at Greenwich for two consecutive days, availing of their Pizza-All-You-Can promo. On Wednesday, I downed ten pizzas. The next, I consumed some 'measly' 7 pizzas. I'll probably be on pizza hibernation for a month or two.

Meet Ryeton

I want you to meet Ryeton. No, I want you to be acquainted with Ryeton.

It was love at first sight. I never felt this way before. Seeing him made my heartbeat race. From that moment, I knew I wanted to hug him, cuddle him, and take him home. I envisioned late nights with him. He will be beside me when I sleep. He will comfort me during my lows.

So please welcome Ryeton.

Of flash drive and Kim Clijsters

Lost: Flash drive

It's the start of the term and I'm already unlucky. I just discovered that my dear flash drive was lost. She may only be 128 MB but she punches like a Terabyte.

I just do not know why she needs to run away. Did I not take care of her well? Certainly not! I may not have shown her much appreciation, but I was hoping she knows how I treasure her deeply. I always carefully place her in the deepest pocket of my messenger. I thought she felt safe that way. But maybe she felt suffocated.

She was a real beauty. And probably the sexiest I've ever met. When my friends see her, they always gasp at how small she was.

I will miss the way she swivels into life. I will miss how she gladly welcomes stranger ports and even hugs them without qualms.

Ready, Set, Go

So I finally decided to give blogging a try...

Wait, I own several blogs! But I mostly write for myself. This time, I'm gonna take blogging a bit seriously.

Let's see where this takes me.
